Business Experience: Donna is a twenty-plus year industry professional providing training and consulting services: Achieving Goals!; Dynamic Communication Skills; Effectively Managing Change; Effectively Managing Meetings; Effective Mentoring Skills; Integrating New Employees/Members (Effective On-Boarding Sessions); Meaningful Motivation; Strategic Organizational Leadership; and, 21st Century Teambuilding. Health and Safety training programs are provided: CPR, First Aid, and Automated External Defibrillator. Donna is a Certified Trainer with POWERtalk International, a global leadership organization providing coaching in effective speaking; has an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and sufficient credits for a Minor in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Leadership Accomplishments: Serving in various leadership capacities, such as, Ambassador, Committee Chair, Leader; and Vice-President, Donna has produced outcomes for numerous multi-tiered non-profits: Archdiocese of Detroit, Detroit, MI; POWERtalk International, Tauranga, New Zealand; Dearborn Chamber of Commerce, Dearborn, MI; Polish National Alliance, Chicago, IL; East Dearborn Downtown Development Authority, Dearborn, MI, and Girl Scouts of SouthEast Michigan:

  • increased successful communications between internal/external customers by serving as organization liaison;
  • launched new member/merchant marketing strategies and programs to increase visibility;
  • improved member relations by designing management documents that created understandable governance guidelines and print media, and;
  • increased national schools’ budget, fund-raising streams, and resources by launching organizational initiatives;
