Effective Mentoring
Program Description:
In business, as well as in personal life, individuals have an inborn desire to seek improvement or to effectively manage change.
In many situations, accomplishing a goal, or improving life, occurs as a result of asking a friend or a trusted colleague for guidance and sound judgment.
Individuals turn to those who have "walked down that path before" to ask for advice.
We have, no doubt, suggested guidelines or recommendations from our past experiences with others that
can provide direction in a time of crisis, change or endeavor. This workshop will help hone your unique, instinctive skills
to produce meaningful outcomes for the mentee and gains for the mentor, throughout the mentoring relationship.
This program is intended for anyone seeking to become a mentor or develop mentoring skills.
